General Meeting
Saturday, July 4 | 10:00AM - 12:00 PM | The Park Theatre
The Old Campground Cabin Association General Meeting meeting will provide updates on advocacy efforts, Parks Canada communication, and matters affecting the O.C for the upcoming summer season, with time for discussion and questions. All members are encouraged to attend and take part in shaping our shared cabin community.

Annual General Meeting
September 5 | 10:00AM - 12:00 PM | The Park Theatre
The Annual General Meeting of the Old Campground Cabin Association meeting will include reports from the Board, updates on advocacy efforts and communications with Parks Canada, review of association business, and the election of new Board members. Members will also have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in discussion. All members in good standing are encouraged to attend and exercise their voting rights.
Please note: These meetings are for lease holders/cabin owners in the Old Campground, and OCCA members only.

2026 Clear Lake Old Campground Talent Show
Location: Jamboree Hall
A dress rehearsal will be held at 3:00 p.m. for performers. There are still spots available. To participate, please text 204-396-4752 or email jr.t4c0@gmail.com.
Sunday, August 2 | 8:00–9:00 p.m.
Old Campground Kids vs. Adults Water Balloon Fight
Location: Visitor Parking Lot (south side)
Water balloon donations are appreciated. These can be dropped off at Elvi Molsberry’s cabin (100 1st Street South) on Sunday, August 2, between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. If no one is home, please leave them on the deck.

JJ Voss Live
Location: Jamboree Hall
Admission by donation
Back by popular demand!
After an incredible show last year, Shelly Hewins & Paul Brown have invited JJ Voss back to the Old Campground for another special evening of live music!
All proceeds will support Cancer Research, with tax receipts available for donations of $20 or more.
A big thank you to Shelley Hewins Brown & Paul Brown for organizing and hosting this wonderful event for our community. Bring your lawn chair (or snag some bench seating inside) invite your family and friends, and come out for a great night of music in support of an important cause!

CABINAPALOOZA #10 is coming up at the Old Campground—an evening of live music, neighbours, friends and that one-of-a-kind OC atmosphere. Grab your lawn chairs, your favourite beverage and come out for a great night of music under the trees.
If you’ve never been to Cabinapalooza, this is the year to check it out. And if you have, you already know why you don’t want to miss it!

Back by popular demand - we are closing out the season with the same band as last year!
Plus, we’ll have yard games, pickleball, and more.
As mentioned above we are looking for cabin owners to get creative and add to the fun by setting up your own game or activity station! A few ideas:
🎨 Rock painting
🎣 Fishing game
🍬 Guess the number of candies in a jar
…or anything else you can dream up!
👉 If you’re planning to set up a table or activity station, come on down between 6:30–8:00 PM to set up. Please bring all your own gear!
🔥 Lastly, as in previous years, we’re looking for some fire tables to use for the evening to add to the ambiance. If you have one you’re willing to lend, we’d love to include it!

🌶️ THE OLD CAMPGROUND CHILLI COOK-OFF IS BACK! 🌶️
One of our favourite end-of-summer traditions is coming up — the Old Campground Chilli Cook-off on Sunday, September 6!
Think your chilli has what it takes? 🔥 Now is the time to perfect that secret recipe, get your team together and register your chilli!
📱 NEW THIS YEAR — we have our very own Chilli Cook-off app! (Thank you to Mike Golden for building this app!)
Teams can register through the app, and on Cook-off day we’ll use it for voting and results.

🫘 AND THE KIDS GET A VOTE TOO!
We want our younger chilli tasters in on the action! Kids can pick up a bag of voting beans at Cookshack #32 on Cook-off day. Each chilli team will have a mason jar at their location, and kids can drop their beans into the jars to vote for their favourites. 🌶️🫘
Whether you’re defending a title, entering for the first time, or just coming hungry and ready to taste and vote, mark your calendars!
